Questions for Reflection

Find a quiet, uninterrupted moment in your day to reflect on the following questions. Pick one or more to answer. There is no order to the questions. Writing for 20 minutes is a good goal, but you can write for less or more time. There is no right way or wrong way to do this exercise. When you are finished writing, read your words and “reflect” on them. Continue answering questions or responding to your writing entries as long as you want.

What do you have plenty of?  What are you in need of?
